I’m originally from a small town in western Kansas—Damar. Growing up in a tight-knit community taught me the value of hard work, resilience, and showing up for others—things I carry with me every day as a chiropractor, coach, and dad.

I went to Fort Hays State University, where I competed in high jump. That experience didn’t just shape me as an athlete—it sparked my passion for movement, performance, and understanding how the body works. Today, I still stay involved by training high jump athletes and helping out with local track programs.

Outside the clinic, I’m a proud girl dad of two and spend my free time outdoors—whether that’s playing basketball, jumping into a game of sand volleyball, or just being active with my kids. I love helping people reconnect with the things they enjoy by building strength, confidence, and resilience through movement.
